Usj11 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read this document carefully before using usj11's services. By registering or using the platform, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and usj11 ("Platform"). By accessing, registering an account, or using any services provided by usj11, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. usj11 reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes that come into effect.
The usj11 platform is only accessible to individuals who are 18 years of age or older and who are in jurisdictions where the use of this platform is permitted under local law.
These Terms take effect from 1 January 2026. Any updates will be communicated via an in-platform notice.
Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at usj11. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, truthful, and up to date. Users are fully responsible for updating their personal information whenever any changes occur.
You are solely responsible for keeping your usj11 account login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. Do not share this information with anyone.
All activity on your account — whether or not it was carried out with your knowledge — is your responsibility. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact the usj11 support team immediately.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
By using usj11, users agree to comply with all of the following rules without exception:
- Using the platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes
- Make deposits and withdrawals using approved payment methods in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
- Contact the support team for technical or account assistance
- Access all available game categories through your registered account
- Using automated software, bots, or third-party tools to manipulate games
- Transferring funds between different user accounts for the purpose of money laundering
- Registering a fake account or using another user's personal information
- Abusing promotions or bonuses through dishonest activity
Payment & Transaction Information
Usj11 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only. Accepted payment methods include bank transfers via FPX and platform-approved local e-wallets. All financial transactions are processed through secure channels protected by SSL encryption.
- Minimum deposit amounts are subject to the limits set for each payment method
- Funds are credited to your account within a set timeframe depending on the payment method selected
- Usj11 is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or e-wallet operators
- Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name
- Usj11 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal
- Suspicious withdrawal requests may be temporarily held for security review
Suspension, Account Closure & Liability Limits

Usj11 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, platform abuse, or any conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other users. Account closure decisions are final and usj11 is under no obligation to provide a detailed explanation.
If an account is closed due to a breach of the Terms, any remaining funds may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. However, if the closure is for any other reason, usj11 will make reasonable efforts to process the withdrawal of legitimate remaining funds within a reasonable timeframe.
Platform Liability Limits
Usj11 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. The platform is provided "as is" and usj11 makes no warranty that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted at all times.
Usj11 is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or third-party actions beyond the platform's control.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Governing Law
All content on the usj11 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of usj11 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, or use any of this content without prior written permission.
The usj11 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. usj11 has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You access such sites entirely at your own risk.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia. Users agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any such disputes.
Usj11 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on the usj11 website. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and close your account.
